"I'm sure this is a good salon overall, but if you choose a stylist, don't choose Summer. I went to a consultation with her feeling super optimistic about getting my gloss and going from a level 7 blonde to a more natural brunette with some highlights still weaved in. She showed me samples of what the hair would look like and we both agreed on a nutty beige color. Instead, when I had the appointment this past Saturday I came out with my hair a super dark brown color with a red tint to it (darker than my natural shade). The exact opposite of what I was looking for, and a drastic change when I made it clear I wanted to just have a subtle darker shade for the winter. Attached is the color I wanted (my own hair a year ago) vs the color I got (my hair today) Got almost no acknowledgement of the mistake from Summer, just guarantees that the color was not darker than my natural color, that it would wash out (that would take weeks), and that it was not red. Update 11/22: emailed the salon as requested below and nobody answered me. Just used up more money getting a color correction because my highlights disappeared."
