"Literally not one single person in the room, and they wouldn’t sit my husband and son. 3 workers and because there was 3 people on the waitlist that had been on for awhile they wouldn’t sit them. She had a snotty attitude towards the em and when they walked out visibly trash talked them. Got seated at the other one across town on 5 minutes and they were much nicer. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this trashy one."

"i took my almost 5 year old daughter to get her first haircut. upon entering, the staff seemed uninterested in getting up and helping us. it felt immediately awkward and uncomfortable so it’s my fault for not leaving. carma was the only was remotely nice and gave her a good haircut. i was rudely told to “get off the mat” during her haircut. this was supposed to be an exciting experience for us and it absolutely was not. we will NOT be returning. this was extremely disappointing and disheartening."
