"I saw Tony several times and he was great but unfortunately he moved. Had Jessi today.. I asked for black dip coffin nails. This is what I got. Charged extra for shape, this is not coffin. She cut them way shorter than I asked and after 2 nails said “is this ok” at that point it was too late. Left unhappy but not totally upset until not even 30 min later and they start crumbling off my nails. I have been getting Dip for years and have never seen this happen before. Defective workmanship and defective product. My nails are now too short and filed sooo thin I can’t do what I wanted with them, very sad as I was so excited for Halloween nails. She even spoke at length about how my nails weren’t shaped well and laughed and said the person who did them before was not good until I told her it was someone from there. I was there for over 1.5 hours for just dip! Save your time, save your money and save your nails. Go somewhere else."
