"I allowed a new older lady to do my nails at my last appointment...I normally get Lo, who is very talented and takes her time and really pampers her customers but the older lady kind of rushed through the process even though i paid for the most expensive pedicure and got gel nails. She did not file my toe nails, didn't use the file very much on my heels. I have s spot on my toe that needed to be clipped and filled and she did neither. I got the gel dipped nails but when she finished my nails had lumps. They weren't smooth like they should've been. I definitely won't allow her to do my mani-pedi again. I was not pleased at all."
