"Immensely rude young lady with black hair, nose ring and heavy eye make up (I only say to I’d because I don’t know her name) came up front to help the cashier adjust the prices as everything was ringing up incorrectly. First, she got smart and stated “it was cheaper the other way but okay.” She passively giggled and bobbed her head. Not sure if she’s not great at math but I calmly explained the difference between the totals and she commented to arguing with the cashier indirectly towards myself. Ulta seems to hire anyone now"

"Rana shouldn't be a cashier or work in customer service in general. Incredibly rude & unprofessional off the bat. I won't be going back to this location. I will say though, the other people working were very nice & helpful."

"Called to see if they offer “silk press” service here. The girl over the phone told me they did offer it and that they could get me in that day. I was at the salon for 4 and a half hour and when I left my hair was not straight. My scalp and neck were burned several times while I was getting my hair blown out and one girl even made a comment about my hair being hard to blow dry because I have 3B hair. Definitely won’t be coming back."

"I suppose filling shelves is more important than actually selling the product on the shelf. I rarely go out of my way to leave a negative review, but when it’s deserved I do not mind. I am a Male and have 0 clue about skin care products or what I need, but I knew that my regular old face wash is no longer doing the trick when it comes to black heads and oily skin. I decided to do something about this and visit an ulta store to get the products I need. I did this many years ago as a teen and remembered the store associate taking me through a “skin test” of sorts and recommending products to use to achieve what I needed. Clearly times have changed and this is of no concern to any of their employees. I was in the store for 30 minutes and was never acknowledged. Not a hello, a wave, a how are you, nothing. I began looking through the several isles of skin care products and was overwhelmed immediately. I looked around for some help and no one was to be found. A total of 4 different women were working while I was there and many came within feet of me and still not a thing. Busy stocking shelves and counting registers etc.(this was over an hour before close) I’ve been in sales my entire life and refuse to beg someone to come help me. If you do not need my money, or care, then I will happily take it somewhere else. I stood there picking up bottle after bottle and googling “quizzes” to tell me what to buy. Nothing really made sense. I decided I was done, and would just go somewhere else another day that had the time and desire to help me. Upon leaving, a girl was at the front of the store. I looked at her thinking if she asks me then I’ll stay and get what I need, but nope, not even a “thanks for coming in”, “did you find what you need”, not even a “have a good night” . I help manage a large business and I would be mortified if I saw me sales associates handling my customers (revenue) this way! Maybe my “old” (34years) expects too much, but it’s ridiculous the lack of concern or care shown. Yet people wonder why brick and mortar stores are closing by the 1000’s. Not shock here."
