"Okay y’all, I have lived in Nashville for almost ten years, have been to SO many salons in Nashville, but never was a repeat customer, until Chao. And that is primarily because of TITI! She is an *incredible* nail tech. Never have I met anyone who was so personable, so comfortable, and also CARED so much about nail health and style. She truly will put her foot down and tell you what is best for your nails, and when she does, you better listen! My nails have never been healthier since seeing her. She will care for your cuticles and also give you the best manicure design of your life, and it is all genuine. I recommend her to everyone I speak to seeking out a nail tech. I haven’t seen anyone aside from Titi at Chao, but if they’re even half as good as her, your hands are in good hands."

"I absolutely LOVE this salon, I’ve been coming here consistently for over a year now and I am always so pleased with the service and the outcome! Dylan gives FABULOUS pedicures, he really takes his time and pays attention to detail. Hannah is my nail artist and truly does it all, from simple and clean nails to fun and quirky! We always have the best chats. Titi and Tien are also both amazing. If I’m running late, I give the salon a quick call and they accommodate for me within reason! I recommend being mindful of what you’re booking — they do charge extra for cut down and reshaping, as many luxury salons do! But if you’re ever confused about what they are charging you for, they provide itemized receipts and are so kind if you just ask for clarification. If you want nail art, be sure to include that in your booking so they make time for it! They truly are my favorite salon I’ve ever been to. When you stop in, order the iced coffee (trust me!)"
