I do not appreciate being ignored sitting in the waiting room for someone that walks in 15 minutes after myself. Whatever happened to first come first served ?"

"I've been 3 times now. $18 plus tip for fifteen minute cut is a bit high but it IS convenient. Today I waited 15 minutes before leaving. There was one customer in a chair being trimmed and at least two more employees in the back that didn't think I was worth their time evidently. There were no customers waiting and their electronic sign in is for phones only which I had left in my car. They knew I was there but they couldn't be bothered except to acknowledge that I had walked in and go back to their gossiping in the office"

"Even though it's tucked privately in its own little niche and I actually had to call the store from the TJ Maxx parking to find the location. The service here was excellent and the stylist was extremely proficient. Since all these shops are chained together. She was able to pull up the details of my "Usual" cut and replicate it even though it's my first time at this particular location. Keva, today's stylist was professional, polite and accurate. Glad I stopped here."

"This place is completely unprofessional!! I got my sons haircut there by Jamie and she was RUDE and REFUSED to cut more hair off my son she kept telling us she’s not cutting anymore hair off. My son is walking around with an uneven messed up haircut that looks horrible. I will NEVER be coming back and will never recommend someone coming there!!!"
