"I got a regular polish pedi. I was seated immediately in a chair but they were busy so it took a while for before they got to me, which was totally fine considering. When they got to me, it was timely, efficient and they treated my feet great. Ill be back."

"I just left here today. I have been a customer for over 5 years, and today was the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at this salon. The lady that did my feet was sweet and gentle, but the lady that did my nails was rough. She knocked my hands around. I started to leave then, but I did not. When the job was finished, the rough lady overcharged me and when I asked her for the breakdown, she charged me 60 for 1 toe. I will not be spending anymore money here. Tommy was in there and did not say anything. He saw what she did. Everyone saw what did and shook their heads. I spent $100 and it will be the very last dime they will get out of me. I didn’t argue. I paid and left. Beware."

"If I could rate this place a zero. I would. The lady knicked me real bad and I think their tools were unsanitary and the cut is getting infected where she cut me. They switched her out with another guy named Andy who was actually very nice and gentle, he told me I was good to go. Somehow one of my nails ended up getting smooshed, I went back and told them it was my fault and if they could fix it real quick I was even thinking of paying them for the trouble, but the lady was REAL rude who did my nails. All she did was file them down real quick but she acted like it was a huge inconvenience and made snarky remarks. I’ve worked in retail and I would never act that way toward a customer. Never going back"

"I contacted Mary King’s Nails before I went and asked were they using the same tools on everyone and the man I spoke to said they sanitize their metal tools and they use new buffers on each customer. That was a lie. The buffer that was used looked like it had been used a thousand times. The machine you dry gel nails under was so dirty. My regular lady and place I go to was not available. I will NEVER go to Mary King’s again. They need to clean their tools up!!"

"Visited yesterday for a dipping nails...just moved into the neighborhood and wasn't sure I could give up my regular salon in Germantown. I called ahead to make sure they could accommodate me and they said to come right over. The salon was well staffed...one technician prepped my nails for removal and another technician finished the job and did the color. Excellent work and the fastest I've ever had!!! I think I found my new local salon!!!"
