"Not very friendly. Saw me lost and confused but never spoke up or assisted me at all. Cashier named, Brooke, had a monotone and plain face and that wasn’t customer friendly. At least smile. The workers were too busy chatting to one another than helping or greeting anyone."

"I guess I was the wrong color lol smh completely ignored when I walked in … however I was watched like a hawk ..I walked around the store searching for a particular product and was never helped ..however I noticed that OTHER customers were assisted .. my money is green as well as the others !!! I want be back ..surely they don’t care however I’ll take my black dollars elsewhere .. oh by the way .. this isn’t the first time at this location this has happened to me ! Shame on you !! "I would rate this location higher if I could. In the day of my wedding I went to get my hair done for a scheduled appointment. When I went in, I was told my appointment wasn’t on the books though I had confirmed the appointment last week. Instead of turning me away Alexis stepped up and saved the day. She said, don’t go anywhere, I’ll take care of you. Alexis and Diana worked as a team to make my hair absolutely beautiful for my wedding. I could go on and on about both Alexis and Diana, they literally saved my wedding day. Thank you both."
