"Went in the beginning of this month and got my nails done for a business trip. Instead of gluing the nail tip to my nail completely the nail tech put super glue in between my nail and the tip and now there are gaps that are filled under all my nails and some my nails weren’t shaped correctly. I have nails that are crooked and nails that are not. I spent 103 dollars for crooked and glue filled nails."

"They half polished my nails and then tried to charge me to change polish that should have been pink not red. I usually take my own polish…when I refused to pay for polish that I had already paid for in the other services, she told me that I was difficult and not to come back! I can definitely do that one! 0 stars really… by the way, she left polish under my toes from taking it off and half polished my baby toes x 2 polishes..that’s why I kept my extra 5 bucks..I had to remind her that I could count very well!"
