"Tracy rushed through my nails I shown her a picture and she did her own freestyle because she thought it looked better than what I shown her she clipped my cuticle too far down and I was bleeding and and was offered no cuticle oil and when I asked for some she splattered it on *fingers not nails… with an attitude no communication during whole process just attitude I basically paid $70 for attitude and shortie nails. She talked to a regular there the whole time doing my nails I won’t go again but I do hear all regulars like them not walk ins or by appointment."

"My hero's, they saved me from a horrible nail salon i had visited earlier today that messed my nails up so bad i left in the middle of the fill-in. The young guy at VIP nails did a great job on my nails he took his time and went through every step. They all made me feel like a valued customer, and i appreciate everything they did. And they even offered me something to drink, which was actually a first for me. Icing on cake, they did great!!!!"
