"Unfortunately the receptionist was so rude I was not comfortable getting work done here. She continuously cut me off when I had simple questions and made me feel as what I was saying was invalid. When I asked her to stop cutting me off she continued to do so and hung up the phone. I will not go anywhere that does not respect me as a patient and a person. 0/10"
"Felt like a number . I should have listen to my gut when they wanted my payment 7 days prior to the procedure . I have never had an office have this kind of request. Do yourself a favor keep looking. Delta dental didn’t cover any of their procedures for me as well so all out of pocket. (Another red flag ) ."
