"Brian was a little rude, when he didn't get my email right."
"If so funny how you bring truck to people to make money and act like they don't wanna deal with you at all it just what am expecting"
"Great counter guys and Techs. Brought my truck in for a check engine light, turns out it was coding for my dpf being full. Turns out trucks like mine, 2012 Freightliner with a DD has about a 300,000 mile life on dpf. Fair price, less than 24 hour turn time on dpf replacement. Found out some other maintenance items to be planning for on a higher mileage unit like mine as well. Very knowledgeable and helpful guys. Recommend and will be back."
"No training can't seem to get people to work here. 1 mechanic has a large head ego trip. And will let you know his personality.jobs are timed so if it is 2 he job hope u get it done in 2 hrs. They don't count for broken bolts stripped parts. Front desk parts person can't order right parts."
"I have been here for a week. They are rude. I informed them this morning that I had a death in the family. So I went over there to see if I could talk to the mechanic. They sent him on a road call. So I informed them again that I had a death in the family. "The gentleman at the front desk digested if I needed to get home I may need to take a bus." In my opinion that is the wrong attitude to have. They should never should have sent him on a road call."
