"I went to Landers on February 17 to look at a beautiful Mustang I saw online that had to be brought in from one of their other locations. My experience with this place, I wouldn’t have enough time to explain. Long story short it has been frustrating, mentally stressful and overwhelming. I’m not going to name my salesman because he seems to be a good guy and I don’t want to put him on front street. I have this beautiful car that was sold to me but still having issues being able to communicate with my salesman on questions I have since my purchase and other things I need to take care of with the car, even getting a call back when I leave a message has been hard to get. I understand people are busy at times, but business is business and it’s important to take care of your customers. There is some very important information I’m still waiting on to receive my mail from them for my car and I’ve had the car now over 2 wks and still waiting on this mail that I’m not so sure they have sent yet. I really wanted to be able to leave a good review but I can’t lie to them or myself because this experience was not pretty at all. I really hope they look at these reviews and try to do better in the long run."

"My girlfriend had her car stolen & we needed to get a replacement quickly, Thomas was the first guy to greet us and made everything easy and fun. I sold cars for a while and really don’t care about much more than transparency & respect as a buyer. We only spent about an hour and a half total at the dealership, Brad was our finance guy and typically this is the stage where I butt heads with people the most. He was perfect; didn’t have a big pre-printed menu masking prices in a lump sum, showed me exactly what I wanted as far as coverage and helped my girlfriend understand more about the financial aspect of taking out a loan. I’ll be referring anyone I know in the area to these guys. Thanks again."

"I stopped in at the dealership to look at a truck that I had seen online. Chase, a salesman there, approached me upon arrival and asked if he could be of assistance. He checked inventory and informed me the truck had already been sold. He helped me to find another very similar truck which I purchased. We worked a deal and I was out the door in no time at all. Best car buying experience I have had in a while."

"Around June was the 1st time I brought my truck into Landers for a recall they didn’t even do the recall right. Days later I had to return it. I asked for a loner but They said they don’t do loners anymore. 3 weeks passed and I haven’t heard nothing. So I called & I got put on hold numerous of times therefore I had to pop up on them just to get some type of answers. Scott Saxton always promising he will call with an update but never do. They communication is trash. After me calling tons of times and popping up with almost 3 months passed of a terrified experience they Finally told me my truck was ready. After warranty covered 3k worth of work I picked it up but that same day again I had to drop it back off. When I dropped it off this time Ms. Sonja Appleberry tell me I had a balance of $800 that should’ve been paid before I picked it up the 3rd time. Remind you I haven’t been working because that is my work truck, I was hoping this was a screwup but I still had to pay. This was for new batteries that they put in my truck without my permission. Plus when I got the truck the miles wasn’t the recorded miles that was on the paperwork when I 1st dropped it off. Now you read in between the lines. Now my warranty was supposed to cover the expenses but they still made me pay something out of my pockets. So I drove off again & for the 4th time I had to drop it off again. This by far has been a horrible experience. I don’t want to take it nowhere else because this is a mess they made. Now for the 4th time my truck is back at Landers. they saying the cost is another 3k…smh. For this not to be a small but big dealership it makes me lose confidence in Landers."

"One day after getting my car check engine light is on along with tire pressure lights. So I have a car that I can’t drive until I get it checked out I called Chris Hardin who sold me the car and he has not returned my calls. The car car was also delivered dirty and not cleaned in the inside. First and last time going to Landers Chrysler dodge In Mississippi. Glad it happened before I sent my daughter to get her car from him."
