"I got hired for a new job and my multi-colored hair is out of the jobs policy for working. I originally went elsewhere to try and remove the color and go to a natural color of hair. The price was very high, and the results were not guaranteed and i was told to cover up with a black hair color. Not happy. So i went to Sally's and the ladies there were very helpful. Helped me find something that would work, and also guaranteed it would because her daughter had similar hair color to mine and she used it to remove the color. She also said i did not have to use black to get the natural result required and helped me pick out a new color, Rouge Red. Customer service was awesome, and i left the store feeling better about what I need to do in order to start working. Thank you ladies at Sally's. I am in the process of removing color as i am typing this and already the results are astonishing. It's working and the product being used does not have a strong odor like other products i have used. Sally's has gained a new returning customer here. My husband is even thinking of going and changing his hair because the product recommended is not irritating his asthma like past products.
