"I’m new to Tennessee. I’ve been getting powder dip on my nails for many years. I went here 2 days ago. Paid $50 for some kind of deluxe pedicure. Felt like a regular pedicure and they did nothing special at all. Then got my powder dip like I always do. I knew something was off toward the end when they put gel topcoat on my nails and then made me put my nails inside of the UV light. I’ve been getting powder dip for so many years, and I’ve never had that done unless I had some kind of a design on my nail. Long story short the following day, my nails started to peel.. by the time I got to them today they were multiple nails peeling. I went in there expecting to have the problem fixed without having to pay they charged me $15 to fix the nails. A few days ago I spent over $100 and gave that woman a $40 tip and she didn’t even say thank you. I definitely will never go back there again. And I will definitely never recommend them. That’s for sure . Normally I let things go and I normally don’t give bad reviews on anyone. But this definitely annoyed me badly. They definitely don’t deserve to have a good review. and then to top it all off, they are not clean at all."

"I called before arriving I asked how much would it be for a fill in I was quoted $20. Once I arrived the lady argued me up and down that my nails was long and it was going to be an extra charge. Then I asked how much for designs she said $4 a piece. I was like fine do them I’m tired of driving around. She then got mad and refused to do my nails because I stated I would go somewhere else to get my designs done. The lady was rude and disrespectful"

"They did a fantastic job on my nails. He had to fix what the last salon screwed up. Both of my thumb nails were crooked bc the salon I went to previously, wasn't paying a bit of attention when he did them. I am very satisfied with the job they did yesterday!! I am just vacationing here, but I will return and when I do, that is the place I will go to!! And it was only $17 for a fill. I gave him a $20 and told him to keep the change. Well deserved tip!!"
