"If I could give them no starts I literally would. They were sweet but I didn’t get anything I asked for at all. They were chunky, done poorly, and looked NOTHING like the picture I showed. I told them I didn’t like it but I didn’t want them to fix it because I don’t trust them and they said they wouldn’t refund me or give me store credit. Very disappointed"

"I’ve been going to Crystal Nail for about 3 years and I’ve NEVER had an issue. Last night I received an acrylic full set. The nail tech did not properly allow my nails to dry. She stated “We are about to close” (it was 6:20) as I told her my nails weren’t completely dry. She rushed me out as my nails were still wet. I had the same problem a week ago when I went for a pedicure as I was told “we have a dinner reservation”. I’ll take my money and service somewhere else. Not even 24 hours later and my nails are horrible."

"The prices are posted. but they make up their own price on the spot for fun. Got a short fullset gel. Clearly states 40& up. Charged 55$. I asked where the price difference comes from and the man just put his head down, walked away and said full set gel isn't 45$. I again said but your price list is right there. He says nothing and continues to walk away. Very basic job, not worth loyalty to this place. Go somewhere honest"

"This place has gone down hill since since the old owners sold it. New owners don't even to try to keep customer's coming back. Had an issues with the paint on my toes, went back the next day, and she didn't offer to fix the paint. The worst job I've ever seen. I won't step back in there and I've been going there over 14 years. Insane!!! I suggest you find another place. They will soon do this to you."
