"First time for going to get my hair cut . I will never go back. Alissa ward cut my hair it is gapped up . Got long hair and short.did not clipy neck. It is a mess and charged me $40.00. not worth a $10.00 dollar cut.. I will never go back. Rip off"

"UPDATE: The owner replied to the comment and after discussing the issues with me, she was unable to provide me with anything other than a free haircut or a $25 certificate for the salon. Due to the situation, I'm not comfortable going back to the salon and declined. I am still upset about the money I lost out on here as well as having to go somewhere else and losing more money to get my hair fixed. I went in for a hair cut and color on September 28th. I asked the lady to cut a few inches off and to add a few layers, but was very clear I wanted long layers as I needed to be able to pull my hair back. She cut my hair and it was immediately shorter than I wanted. She then colored it and proceeded to cut and add more layers. I left the salon absolutely hating the way my hair looked. I hated the length, the cut, the color and even the way she styled it. I said nothing because I thought maybe I'll get home and restyle it and I'll like it better. I was so wrong. I called the salon the next day to try and get some kind of solution to this, but conveniently the lady the cut my hair wasn't there. No one else was willing to talk to me about trying to fix it, just kept saying she would have to call me back. I have called the salon SIX TIMES and Chelsea (the lady who cut my hair) is never available and refuses to call me back. Chelsea butchered my hair and she knows it. My layers were extremely choppy and my hair was uneven. I gave up and went somewhere else to get it fixed. My recommendation to anyone who tries to go here, just don't. It's not worth it if you care about your hair."
