"I work in great American cookies right next door. There is a sign posted in the store and at the entrance that If you are not getting yours done, (say, friends with one getting theirs done) the rest of the people have to wait outside the store. I get it in some ways. Covid. But when it comes to a single mother and her 4 small kids, I mean the oldest is no more than 10 years old, youngest not even hardly talking, exceptions need to be made. Don’t make a single mother leave her 4 kids outside the store by themselves. That is just calling for a child to be abducted. Granted, I’m the type of person who would step in if someone tried to take a child and said child said anything to indicate that they didn’t know the person. The point of the matter is this place is risking a child’s safety, and in todays case, 4 kids’ safety. Which is not cool."

"I have been coming to Brow Spa for eyebrow threading since 2016. I had always had waxing done with unsatisfactory results, so wanted to give threading a chance. Rozina is the best! She listens to what I want, and always does an excellent job! I won’t have my brows done by anyone else. I also get the tinting done when I come in."

"Staff is inconsistent. It’s never the same people there to perform the service. Due to the inconsistency, no one is very good. You can tell by the reviews that people prefer the owner. I told the young girl there today that I wanted my brows as thick as possible. I had let my eyebrows grow long for an upcoming wedding. She was pulling the thread slowly which made the pain worse and also broke skin. Thread also broke more than 5 times. By the end, I had very thin eyebrows. I will never patronize this business again. Please train your employees that if they don’t know what they’re doing - less is more. Then check with the customer for further refinement. Once the hair is gone, it’s gone."

"I recently moved to Clarksville from Nashville and was recommended this place to have my eye brows threaded. It was the worst experience I have ever had getting them done. The lady that did them did not do what I asked (which was a simple cleanup) I asked her specifically to do one certain thing 3 times and she didn't. By then I was aggravated and told her to stop. After sitting in the chair for 30 minutes and unsatisfied I didn't want to pay but I did. They will not have me as a returning customer."
