"I really wanted to love this place. The front desk receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The esthetician seemed very inexperienced. I’ve been waxing faithfully every 3-4 weeks for a number of years now. The esthetician seemed very low energy, as if she was upset, but we continued and she asked her questions and in one part I answered a question along the lines of “oh no girl”, she then proceeded to say “call me miss ma’am or (her name) girl is for other people”. I just said oh okay.. then I told her I’m sensitive around my c section, she said she’s gentle. That was far from the truth… she went over the same spots more than 3 times and her pulls weren't smooth. She tugged at my skin so much so that I noticed a bruise, when I got home. She also kept walking toward the fan across the room with the wax to cool the wax… I’ve never seen this done, it’s unsanitary, especially since the fan wasn’t clean. Since she started with a slight attitude and not making me feel comfortable, I didn’t feel like I could even say anything in the moment. I hope this was a one time bad day for her, if it wasnt for the bad experience with her maybe I would’ve came back."

"Nothing but great things about this place! It's clean, the seating areas are comfortable, I didn't wait long for my appointment with Latrice, the front desk employees were so friendly! I've never had my eyebrows tinted before but I knew immediately I was in good hands with Latrice! She listened to what I wanted, explained the process of the eyebrow waxing and tinting, gave me post care advice to help the tint last as long as possible and gave me advice on when I should return as I have a wedding to go to in a month. She was so sweet and I'm sure all the girls are good but she is going to be my go to from now on! And the price was way below what I ever expected especially for the great job that was done!"

"So this was the first time I’ve gone into a salon for waxing. I went in nervous and uncertain because I have always had mine done by an esthetician at home. I had some questions and wanted some recommendations. The first thing you walk into is a super clean and nice salon. The male employee overheard me saying I had some questions and instantly came out and asked what it was I was wanting and looking for. I told him about my transitioning and how it’s effected my hair growth and he was super sweet and explained a few options for me. The WHOLE staff was extremely friendly and accepting. They never made me feel silly or less for being unsure and nervous. I was a walk in and they scheduled me with Justice for my Brazilian, booty wax, and lower back. The room was super clean when i was taken back and Justice was just a sweetheart! She made me laugh and helped ease the awkwardness I felt having my whole situation on display. She listened to my needs and wants and did amazing. I think my reactions made her laugh more than anything. I already am scheduled for my next appointment and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They are fabulous and such an amazing group of individuals."
