"She did my Granddaughter's 5th birthday and made it so special. I'm from out of town and she worked with me to make it everything I wanted it to be. The food was amazing nd her staff could not have been nicer."
"We just had breakfast with Moana. Very misleading, as we thought we would be in a salon or business building of some sort. We end up at a house on a dead end street, we go in the house. The staff was friendly and showed us upstairs to the finished attic area, where the decorations were really cute and met Moana. The breakfast was pretty good. But Moana started singing with the kids and didn't know the words to the songs, she then advised the lady that was running it that she didn't know what to do, the lady told her to dance and "Moana" told her she didn't know how to dance. After 2 songs, they advised we were going down stairs to do crafts i.e. bracelets, children were starting on crafts, when Moana handed out a price list and stated once bracelets are made, those and other items were available for purchase, but the advertisement stated breakfast and crafts, I thought the craft/ bracelet would've been included into the ticket price, since that's what was advertised. I get you want to make sure there is enough space for everyone that is coming for that time slot, but a few parents didn't eat, and I felt children under 2 should've been free."
"This "venue" is a shed behind someone's house. You enter the building which is stuffy and old. They tried to make it nicer with shimmery curtains, etc but the carpet is old and coming up and it's obvious you're in a shed. It's crowded and a fire trap. I can't imagine how it passed health codes. The dressed up characters were creepy and just sat there, not saying a word. The hostess was friendly and the food was good, but the experience as a whole was disappointing. Don't waste your money."
"We had such a wonder day. The ladies did a great job with the outdoor event. Kylee and Chloe were so grateful for a fun filled day. We can't wait to go back and enjoy a full day event. ARIEL was beautiful and friendly and spent time with each of the girls. Photos and reading time and even a costume change. Times like this mean so much to young ladies. Times they won't forget. So appreciated!"
"This was the most ridiculous tea party I have ever seen! I could have spent the same amount of money to have real dressed up professional looking princesses come to my own house! This was awful! False advertising! I would never recommend this company to anyone. What a joke! I don’t know how you get away with this and you have no shame about what you do! Do not waste your money on this scheme!"
