Studio Slay

"DONT GO HERE! I couldn't believe how I was treated by the ppl here. I'd initially spoken with them about becoming a client, but decided to book with another location bc they got me in sooner. By mistake, omw to this other appt, I accidentally went to this salon's location. After a few mins, we figured out why I had no appt with them since I came to the wrong place. After speaking with a stylist, I almost placed a deposit & booked an appt but stated I wanted to try & reach the lady who HAD an appt with me 1st. She'd answered, understood & wanted me to still come. Nicely, i clarify that I wouldn't book with Slay bc of my appt & left. Keep in mind, yes, I had my son with me. I do NOT do drugs nor drink (or very rarely). I left & was in a coffee drive thru a block away when a cop car pulls up. A very nice officer stated a HAIR SALON had reported a DUI (as in against me). The officer took a look at me & my son, clearly saw we were great, then left. Sadly, I don't consider what the salon staff did as "safe" or any other silly excuse. Other than being in the wrong location, I showed no other drunken-like behavior & was very competent. Be careful who u visit. Just bc it's a business doesn't mean it will treat u with respect. This was a huge embarrassment plus my son witnessing it. Thanks alot. There are so many much better locations with better ppl & stylists than this. Good luck"

"Y’all!!! I can only share my experience with studio slay! Grace did my hair and I am so thankful for the recommendations I received to go here! I haven’t cut my hair in over 1 year due to bad experiences in Clarksville! She understood how dense my hair is, the texture, as well as the challenging tangles I get! I can’t wait for our color appointment to fix my balayage that I’ve overgrown!"

"It was okay. The price point was decent. The staff were nice enough. They, however, seem to not care a ton. I was there for about an hour for my treatment and ended up leaving with not what I came in for because they struggled with bleaching and toning."
