"Well, I know one place that I won’t be going back to because if you decide to come get your nails done and you want to use their coupon that they give you for your birthday. Make sure you actually come on your birthday a not the day before even though it tells you that it expires the day after, they’re not gonna give you the discount. I know I’m being crazy over a small discount but the thing of it is is that is the principal if you are offering a discount for men and women’s birthdays, then you should uphold that as a business establishment that’s what my issue is. "I've been going to Elite nails recently. What happen to be a spur of the moment I want to get my nails done. I stopped in to see if they had availability. I was met by Lily who did a fantastic job with my nails. I decided I'd take my daughter out for a mom and daughter date. This is the result and she is extremely happy with it. Lily is the sweetest and we will continue coming back to see her. I highly recommend stopping in."

"Wow. Honestly, I went to Elite nails because my regular nail salon was booked for the day and I had to go to the mall anyway. It was a disaster. The 1st nail tech didn't understand what I wanted, so she kept repeating what I wanted. The second nail tech was fast and rough. I have long natural nails and an hour later after he was done my fingers were extremely sore. Plus when they were done, you could still see my old nail polish through my nails. Now for their benefit, they did respond and offered to fix them if I came back in. But honestly I shouldn't have left there with them looking so badly. A person should take pride in their work. But they let me walk out with my nails looking so badly."

"Asked for French tip and I got this… About 3 people tended to me and it felt as if no one really wanted to service me based on everyone’s demeanor. Since I broke two of my natural nails I asked for Gel X so they can grow out and he did acrylic instead completely ignored what I asked for. You can definitely tell what nail is acrylic and what nail is natural. As for my toes they came out worse then when I first came in. First and last time I will come here."

"Went in last Thursday to get my nails done for an event I planned to attend on Saturday, and all of my black gel polished nails were peeling by Saturday. By Sunday, I had entire layers of my polish come off. That is the reason for paying for gel is so that it lasts longer. Very poor quality work. I believe the tech's name is Nancy (the older lady). I was very disappointed because the location is so convenient."
