"Great service. Great guy. Diagnosed my problem and gave me suggestions on how to get it fixed. He did everything he could. I appreciate it!"
"It’s sad that you can’t make sure the tires you do for a woman 2 disabled children tight the lug nuts so the tire don’t come off all 4 was loose and one tire on back was almost off"
"I bought a full set of tires from Houser's tires one week ago. I am exceptionally pleased. Service was great and wait time was minimal. Tires hold to road, handles great resulting in a smooth ride. I couldn't be more pleased. Steve is awesome to do business with and honors his word and appreciates your business..good prices also. Great people, awesome work."
"Steve is always a great person to deal with. He has great prices and always willing to help his customers out and find them what they need."
"Very inconsiderate and rude! I had a set of used tires that I needed to have mounted on my vehicle, and I had called prior to going to make sure they could mount them for me, and got a price. I showed up at 4:15 (they close at 5), and was rudely greeted, and told that they were wanting to close early. I said “so you can’t help me?” and the man just kinda shrugged so I walked back to my car. I was so frustrated though, that I walked back to him and explained that I had had to have someone come watch my children so that I could get down there while they were open (I couldn’t haul the tires in the back with two car seats and since they’re only open during the week it was my only option). If I had showed up at 4:50 I would completely understand, but I thought 45 minutes would have been plenty of time for the two men who were there to help me out. I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time, and would never treat someone the way he treated me. I’ll not inconvenience them with my business."
