"There are many awesome dentists in town and so many great dental offices, why waste your time at the Knoxville Dental Center with Dr Eades? I was a customer for several years and as a dentist, Dr Eades only did well on the simple things, such as fillings. However, when time came to do a crown, more complicated tooth restoration, Dr Eades' experience simply fell short. I was discouraged from asking questions of any nature. Dr Eades preferred I settled for his level of expertise and skill. Often he got aggressive and angry to the point where he had to leave the room just to keep his cool. Most support staff is helpful. However, they are trained to announce your remaining balance to everyone in the waiting room, even when it's not overdue. Dr Eades also did a post core/crown buildup that another dentist after him had to fix. Dr Eades however, still charged me for his work and sent an angry bill with red pen marked "FINAL NOTICE," even though this was the very first bill the office sent."
