They were knowledgeable about the methods of constructing that type of boot, where embellishments are actually attached prior to putting the boot together and then there's another layer underneath the material where the studs are. I appreciated their honesty. They were friendly and helpful. I have been there before, and I have always been pleased."

"Update: The heels on my boots (still the original) had developed a bit of a lean to them. I took the boots to them to have both soles reworked. Again, I left satisfied. See the attached pictures: Old review (2 years ago): I took them a $400 pair of boots that had leather soles to get a rubber sole put on them. They did a great job & the finished product looks like they came with rubber soles from the manufacturer. We are happy with the quality of workmanship & would be willing to bring them other leather work should the need arise."
