"Worst experience at a shop I have ever had. Please save your time and go else where. I didn’t think it was possible to take 6-7 hours to do a pm. I won’t name any employees because this entire line of techs and managers needs to be revised. They have no shame, even with me sitting there, they all just hang out, smoke cigarettes and laugh about like they aren’t at work. Especially the guy who helped me in the office with an attitude, Hispanic fellow. And don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect the best service at any truck stop, but this experience was so bad I had to leave a review in hopes something changes. Will not revisit."
