"I would have given them 4 or 5 stars had they not lied to me. When they finished and right before I paid them they said my coolant level was a quart low and for $5 they would top it off. I declined because I was almost certain it wasn't low but I checked it a few minutes later when we stopped at Walmart and it was exactly at the full hot level on the reservoir. Lying for profit is the new normal everywhere you go, from the Dentist to the oil change and my solution to it is if someone tries to fork me once they don't get a second chance. $5 cost them a customer and if I were you I would go elsewhere. Manager responded to this post that he has a video of the empty coolant reservoir and my response is....it was full when I checked it 5 minutes later, so there's no point in showing a video of something I know is just an excuse to publicly gaslight me."
