Valvoline Instant Oil Change 300 Pleasant Grove Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122

"*****READ BEFORE USE***** I am a single mom of 6 and have used valvoline my whole life. I recently took my car in for a routine oil change in which the store used the wrong oil and now my oil light is on and the manager told me that is was my fault they used the wrong product and refuses to fix his mistake so know I'm going to be without a vehicle until i come up with the money to fix their mistake. And all he needed to do was replace with the correct oil. I even have the documents that prove they missed up and still told me I was wrong.***reply*** your manager even admitted he didn't have all the receipts.... I have documents proving the wrong oil was used*** I asked customer service to speak to someone higher up and was told the manager had the final say it's sad this is how y'all do business... Leaving a mom without a car when all you had to do was replace it with the correct oil."
