"I brought my 2004 Volvo here to get a diagnostic on my ac because it would cool for only about 30 minutes then blow hot air. They told me I need a new ac switch that costs $1200.00 plus installation. I declined the repair went home and started googling the acs symptoms. My son did a temp fix on the AC clutch to see if that was it as was instructed in the video and by golly that was it. The AC clutch plate needs to be adjusted. The Volvo technician at this business doesn't know what he's doing. I will never go here again!"

"I'm writing this review as part of a community support issue on the behalf of a member who is illiterate but is it paying customer of Jerry Potts. I'm with Marty Johnson today and he has been protesting with road signs. Written by a family members, at the side of the hwy 231 for a few weeks now all day long trying to get his point across that he was done wrong at this Auto center. Initially Mr Johnson came in for a non-start condition on his car a Hyundai at which time Jerry Potts had him sign paperwork, Mr Johnson explained that he was illiterate and asked what the paperwork detailed.. Mr Potts explained then that it was just for contact information sheet so they could reach him in the case that they had questions about the car,which is understandable. What happened next is a series of very misfortunate events...Mr Johnson was charged nearly $1,500 for a diagnostic fee. Mr Johnson himself had changed three starters on the vehicle to no luck as the issue persist in taking out the two next starters as well. The car was taken back to Mr Potts who then charged an additional $500 to say that the problem was resolved while leaving the shop Mr Johnson was stranded and the car was again left undrivable. Mr pots told him that the car's motor was seized from the starter that he had supposedly fixed? Mr Johnson is on a fixed income he is over the age of 65 and I believe that he is getting a runaround, as, when and if he would have kept the car there and not paid for repairs the mechanics lein would have been put on to the car. Subsequently removing it from Mr Johnson's possession... that is his only vehicle, this isn't just wrong, it's downright illegal. Mr Johnson of course has all the receipts and paperwork to prove his side of the story, let alone the fact that a starter can't seize the motor but why would the starter seize the motor if the starters initial non-start condition was addressed and there's no special thing that has to happen with it when a starter gets installed. It's extremely straightforward. I believe if you want to keep your car intact and have just service done to your vehicle and be told of proper non-working functions you should avoid this place at all costs! if this guy is willing to be a crook and scheme a elderly man on a fixed income he will most definitely prey on you. Beware. Stay away! This is not a trustworthy shop and I've come to see that other people have had the same issues with him. Maybe he targets people that he knows won't hold him accountable I don't know what's going on but I do know that people are not having their voice heard and I'm here to bridge that Gap"
