"I really wanted to come on here and give a good review but the issue I have with this place is communication. I can not get anyone to call me back. I have oral surgery and need to get in to be seen for adjustments but they absolutely do not care and not call back. Don't waist your time with this dentist office."
"The lady who cleaned my teeth was pretty nice. However Tiffany was not. I won’t be going back. I’m a single mom of 4 kids I have limited income so I do get tenncare. She comes in and says I need a bunch of work done. Okay fine I knew that it’s be about 9 years since I seen a dentist. But then she says I need my wisdom teeth taken out they’re coming in sideways. (Also have been causing me pain) And makes it a point to say “tenncare won’t cover that so I’m not even going to bother trying to do it” then when checking out her and the receptionist were very rude trying to make my next appointment. I honestly don’t know why anyone goes here.. especially if you’re on tenncare. Unless you want to be talked to like scum of the earth."
"I understand Dr and Dentist offices get busy, but Out of the 4 or 5 times we went, we were NEVER seen on time. When you arrive at or before your appointment time and see half a dozen people arrive AFTER you, but get called back before you, something is wrong. My 2 kids had same day appointments 1 hour and 45 minutes apart, NEITHER was seen until 30 minutes after the latest appointment and they didn't even do what we were there to get done. I made 2 appointments for ONE filling and the appointment scheduler put it in as something different each time, so the filling never got completed. Listening to the front desk girl talk down to other people on the phone in front of the whole waiting room was surprising. They need to retrain their receptionist how to correctly schedule appointments for correct procedures and learn how to manage their appointment times better."
"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The way I was spoke to this morning was completely uncalled for. I called yesterday to make an appointment. They offered me an appointment this morning for a cleaning. I told them that I would have to bring my 2 children with me since I don't have a babysitter who's available at the drop of a hat. They said that was fine. I got there this morning long before my appointment, I signed in. The nurse (African American lady)who came and got me was beyond rude. Before I could even walk to the door she said "How do you expect to get anything done with 2 babies?" I said one will sit in the chair and 1 will sit in my lap. She said "you've never even had any work done here before" IN FRONT OF ANOTHER PATIENT. It was beyond embarrassing. I said it's fine, I'll just leave. She said no come back we'll try to figure something out. When we got to the back she said you don't have anything in your chart, which isn't true because I've had multiple fillings there before. I spoke to another nurse when the original lady left and I explained to her how the lady was so rude ans I didn't appreciate being spoke to like that. She apologized on behalf of the other nurse which i told her she didn't have to. She explained that nor all of the nurses act like that. I would much rather deal with tooth pain rather than be treated as bad as I was today. More than likely I will be finding another dentist. Perhaps they won't allow staff to be as rude as the lady was this morning. ETA: Dr.Evans is great. I was satisfied with the last time I came in. I just wish the nurse would've spoken to me in private rather than out in the lobby in front of another patient. It's embarrassing as hell."
"Returning patient. Ready for my appointment today with Dr Tiffanie Evans! Thankful for this woman and her practice! Many people don't realize, that have Tenncare, that our insurance doesn't pay very much to the dentists who accept Tenncare. So not only is our dentist working on us at a discounted rate, but she is also providing top quality, hard work to make our smiles beautiful. I am thankful for this and for Dr. Evans. Dr. Evans is thorough and she takes pride in her work. We are her walking billboards. Dr. Evans encompasses all the qualities of an excellent and skillful dentist. It is always a pleasure to be seen by this woman. Thank you for your services Doc!"
