Caliber Collision

"As a former employee, we were pretty insulted. My husband had waited weeks for his repair to his vehicle. Get it dropped off and waiting for insurance to come out when he gets a call that they won't be working on it. Made sure the location was a DRP for the INS and everything should have went swimmingly. But the GM decided that because of her own personal feelings toward myself, that she would make up a bogus excuse about the repair being an incomplete repair on their end. Collision centers don't put on aftermarket accessories esp as many as he had. INS only wanted the shop to put vehicle back to original form and then pay him outright to put all his aftermarket stuff back on. No other Caliber employee we talked to could concur with her excuse. Extremely rude and short with my husband regarding the whole thing. Where I use to only recommend people only go to Caliber, that won't happen again, well at least not that location. Thanks Jena for going above and beyond and really holding true to those Caliber Core Values (insert sarcasm). I'll let my husband leaves his own thoughts."

"Caliber Collision of Hendersonville, TN was great!!! Jessica met me at the front desk and handled all my paperwork. She also had Enterprise Car rentals pick me up and take me to their place so I could rent a car while mine was being repaired. She was so helpful! Phillip was was my service advisor. He kept me up to date with M/W/F texts regarding what they found after they after they had taken the car apart, how much it was going to cost, and the progress of the work as it was being repaired. He was the best!! The repair was finished ahead of schedule to boot. And. when I came to pick pick up my vehicle Phillip and his team had done a fabulous job!! Also they handled the rental car return so all I had to do was pay my deductible and drive home. Jessica even stayed late so I could pick up my vehicle that day! Don't forget to fill your rental up with gas if you are going to leave it with Caliber so you won't get charged more for the gas by the rental place. They made everything so easy and seamless. I don't think I could have had a better experience!!! They went above and beyond the call of duty. Stephanie also helped me and she was super also! Thank you Caliber Collision!!!"
