"I literally ran over an animal and veered off the road and got stuck. I went home, awoke the next morning to have my car towed and these guys had already picked it up. I met AAA at the accident location and the car was absent. AAA told me to call this place and I was first told that I was being charged 407.59 after my car had been picked up on the side of the road WITHOUT PERMISSION after 3 hours of having gotten stuck there at midnight. Then, when I arrived to retrieve my car, I was charged $517.58 total! These guys are rip off artists to the T."
