"I have been trying to get partials for going on 2 years! This is unacceptable! First they left them sitting there for 4 months after they took over from Dr. Gina. When they finally scheduled me in the partials didn't fit at all, too much time had passed. They had to redo the mold 3 times because they kept messing it up. They have had to redo my bite 2 times cause they screwed that up too. I have had canceled appointments and been told I have to reschedule after I show up for my appointment because they don't show an appointment for me. Even though I received emails for confirmation of appointment and text messages. After 1½ years I still have not had my fitting for these god forsaken partials because the second pair that came in were broken and wouldn't even fit in my mouth without her taking all the teeth out of the wax! How is this place even open!? The turn over for employees within the last year is incredible. And they continue to bring in new patients without enough staff! So my children who had been seen by Dr. Gina can't even get an appointment for their problems (cavity and a cracked tooth) without waiting 6-8 months! This place is a joke!"

"I always have a very pleasant time whenever I visit Powell family dentistry they take very good care of me and they're really caring and compassionate towards your feelings and they're always asking you if you're okay. And I'm helping to work with them in the future I'm right now working to get my partials done and I'm hoping to work on getting some Caps or veneers put on my four front teeth at the top and I'm working on helping to get some financial assistance with that and they're very sweet people especially the office manager I don't know her name but I know she knows who I'm talking about she's the sweetest person ever and the dentist I saw yesterday at my visit I never sent him before but he spoke with me he tried to let me know about how to get the Gap out between my teeth what I would have to go through."

"I used to love this office for my kids but I can’t ever seem to get anyone to answer the phone anymore. I would love to rate you better but I would need someone to answer the phone and give us an appointment that isn’t going to be canceled the day of. I don’t know how these other new ratings were made and they were able to be seen… is there a number they are calling that isn’t listed? Like I want to have my kids seen but I can’t get any appointments!"

"I came in today super nervous like I always am coming into the dentist but the dental hygienist I saw was a traveling one and she goes to different ones to help out. I can’t remember her name but she was so sweet and we were just cutting up the whole time she made it so easy for me to calm my nerves. Absolutely love coming to Powell family denistry everyone is so nice"

"I had my first visit at Powell Family Dentistry today and I love it there. It did take a while to get an appointment tho. But I love it there and I feel very comfortable there. I had to take my youngest daughter with me and they were so nice to her. We feel like family there. 100% recommend them."
