Everyone I had contact with throughout the process was very commutative, from helping diagnose the issue via text messages, to making an appointment on my time frame, to the efficient rotor and pad replacement completed right in my driveway. The technician that came out, Michael, worked on my F-150 is if it was his own. He confirmed the need to replace both rotors and pads.
