"My husband and I have been patients with Dr Morton for almost 10 Years. He never does more work than is needed. He’s very easy going and we enjoy his southern hospitality. The hygienists are so nice and informative. The front desk staff is always amazing! When we’ve had insurance billing issues they’ve always gone above and beyond to assist us as well. "The staff and dental hygienist were amazing. I have a severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist (due to bad experiences in the past, but mainly due to having PTSD from an unrelated incident and having someone lean over me is very triggering). The hygienist was amazing at calming my anxiety. When Dr. Morton came to my exam on my first visit, he asked how I was doing and I was honest - that I didn’t like coming to see dentists. He left the room and never came back. 2 days later, he called my husband (not me!) to tell him I was being dismissed as a patient because I “disrespected” him. I called him directly and explained the situation, but he was extremely uncaring, said he didn’t care, and said I was never allowed to come back to his office. I’m extremely hurt over the situation and I feel disrespected that my needs/fears appeared comical to him."
"Dr. Morton did a small filling for me. For the next several months after that I was in very severe pain. I guess he drilled too far. I ended up having to get a root canal when I saved enough money. Well, my tooth still bothers me! Guess I’ll have to spend more money eventually to have it pulled. I also have a friend who had a filling from Dr.. Morton and he ended up losing his tooth. And Dr. Morton’s office turned in my $100 bill for collections. I should have contacted him to pay for all my pain, suffering and dental work."
"I have used Dr Morton for almost 20 years, even though I live on the other side of town. I am willing to drive for quality and predictable positive outcomes when it comes to my teeth. He has a great team and I appreciate all the volunteer work he does in numerous countries. Excellent combination of experience with modern techniques.....never had a problem again when he fixed a tooth."
