"I was a patient of Dr. Dillard's for over ten years and enjoyed every moment of it, HOWEVER, the entire office has changed. The employees, policies, etc. I politely refused x-rays (my exisiting x-rays were only 1 yr old) and I was told that I couldn't refuse x-rays and they would not clean my teeth! As a dental assistant myself, and as an American, I know my rights! I hate to see and hear how badly this office has fallen apart."
