"Casey with CoolVu Nashville was very professional and flexible with both our estimate and scheduling of service. He was very confident in their product and installation process. The only issue we had was the final cost. When we received the estimate we thought this was the total cost. We did add on a door which made it higher, but we knew that was coming. Upon completion we received an electronic bill which was higher than we expected. Casey explained that he added the tax. Maybe I overlooked this, but to me this should have been added into the estimate from the beginning. Overall we were very pleased from start to finish. I would only suggest the estimate include any and all costs surrounding the job, to include taxes."
