"I want to start my review by saying that the dealership is WAY too expensive and if prices were at least a little more reasonable, people wouldn't hesitate bringing their cars in like I did. Unfortunately for me I had a dealership only issue per two local shops. That being said, service was amazing. From the moment I called and said my car was being towed there to the moment I picked up my car, they were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I never had an issue speaking to someone and the text feature was very helpful. Ellen was my mechanic and Chase worked with me step by step with ALL questions I had. I was impressed by the video walk-through provided to show every issue and she was able to fix the problem and then some. Price was outrageous but that's to no fault of the technician. At least it comes with peace of mind that everything was addressed. I will definitely be coming to the dealership for yearly inspections as they are much more thorough than a normal shop, but again expect the price on service to be extensive."

"I needed a replacement tire after a screw in the sidewall was not able to be repaired. They had the tire in stock and I was able to get the oil changed too while they had it in the shop. They did it all within thr hour. I am so glad we have a Mazda dealership in Murfreesboro now. We have always received great service at this dealership. I love that I can get my car washed for free when passing by too. Thanks Nelson Mazda of Murfreesboro!"

"I recently purchased a car from this dealer. We made several visits there looking at vehicles and meeting with our sales person. We feel Ryan provided excellent service dealing with us and input from family members. The other personnel at Nelson made us feel welcome and responded to any questions we had. I returned to the dealership for a car wash only the exterior wash was completed. The car did not go thru a dryer not wiped."

"UPDATE: It took me 8 months but I finally reached out to Randy Dismang. He was truly apologetic about my negative experience. Nelson has made some positive changes and they have earned my business once more. I just bought a car from them and the process was easy and the customer service was exceptional. Sean Turner was my client advisor and he was awesome! I would advise anyone to give them a try. ORIGINAL REVIEW: As a long-time customer I would normally only have praise for this business. My last service appointment changed my opinion. I encountered a missed deadline, poor quality control, poor communication, and lack of accountability. The lack of accountability is why I probably won't go back."
