We had a courtesy car reserved per our request while our vehicle was being serviced so we didn’t have any “down time” or difficulty going about our daily schedule during our service and repair. Again, I give them an A+++ Our service advisor did an excellent job handling our service as well as identifying a repair that was discovered and needed on our vehicle. After communicating with us about the repair he contacted our warranty company and handled everything for us! He did a superb job and took care of everything! The next call he made to us was to let us know our vehicle was ready to pick up at our convenience. This is what we consider to be a job done at 110%! We have dealt with other vehicle dealerships in the past when living in other cities that make having service feel exhausting and so stressful with multiple calls back and forth.
