"Unbelievable service from the front desk to the back of the house! Chad is an awesome dentist with a contagious laugh and personality! I am personally somebody who deals with severe dental phobia! Chad and his team have always made me feel at ease! I would give them 10 stars if it was an option!"

"DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I had my 2 children here back in October and had some work done. On what I thought was our last trip there, I was told both of my children were cavity free. My son had to have a root canal. It was done by a female who kept getting up and going to ask a man if he work was doing her work correctly, per my son because they would not let me go back. A week later he was saying it still hurt. After trying to get him back in I was finally able to get him an appointment to go back in. After being back there for less then 10 minutes they had him walking back up to the front saying he was good to go. With tears in his eyes he said "please get me out of here". 3 days later he said it was hurting worse. I was able to get him into a different dentist the next day and found out that they #1 didn't get all of the infected area out, #2 fractured his tooth when they looked at it the last visit &#3 messed the tooth up beside it as well. Both teeth had to be pulled because there was no way to try to save them. 2 weeks later my daughter was complaining about the tooth they worked on was bothering her. I was able to get her into the same dentist and guess what? Smile Gallery did they same thing AGAIN!!! They didn't clean the infected area out of her tooth before filling it back in. On top of that the dentist showed me on her x-ray the other cavities she has. And to fix this requires going to a specialist and the procedure is not covered by most insurance. So unless you have great dental insurance that covers dental specialist and $1,000+ per tooth your looking to spend in less then 6 months I suggest you go a different dentist completely! And now they will not answer my phone call request for my children records."

"don't recommend. my first time coming to this dentist some months back, i came for a filling and needed to have my gums numbed for pain. i have a pretty bad fear/phobia of dentists and needles and i was obviously scared and emotional. but he was just getting right to it without much of an introduction or even telling me what he's doing. which made me even more nervous. so naturally i flinched when he put the needle in my mouth because i wasn't expecting it. he didn't allow me to have a moment so i couldn't collect myself and prepare, and instead of being helped through this anxiety or having patience, he decided to just kick me out. although the lady with him was very sweet and tried helping me stay calm and actually tried helping for my sake, and the dentist's. for some people it may not be a big deal, because you don't deal with it. but when a 17 year old girl comes in already visibly upset and scared, you could do better."

"Chad Williams done two crowns and root canals for me back in 2019. A year 1/2 later one came off. Then today 4 years later the other came off. Just about all my crowns I’ve had down in the past I’ve never had this problem before. So only the 2 he has done for me. I’ll never go back. I think he’s a joke!!! Don’t waste your time or money going to this unprofessional dentist. I don’t recommend!!!"
