"The hygienist is already attentive to your concerns. She actually listens. I had a wonderful dentist who was extremely knowledgeable and wasn’t afraid to get close to you. My last two visits were great!"
"The staff is genuinely nice. Its like visiting extended family .They take the time to you as a person.Chemo has done a number on my teeth,my body and just being able to smile is awesome.Thank you all for everything ."
"I feel so fortunate to be able to receive dental care from Interfaith Dental. My dentist was remarkable and went to extra lengths to design a partial that is comfortable and beautiful. I actually have replacement teeth now that work well in my mouth and allow me to eat and smile. And my hygienist is awesome -- friendly and professional. She makes a routine cleaning something that I look forward to. And the entire staff is great. I come away feeling honored and cared for. I know I sound like I'm a little over-the-top with this review -- but I'm telling the truth. These folks are dedicated to helping in the best way possible, and I'm thankful for Interfaith Dental."
"Can't help but think if those that donate to this program would continue to do so if they were aware of how patients are treated by rude, uncaring, argumentative, confrontational and unprofessional staff (with the only exception at this location being their regular dentist) among other things. They rely on the fact that English is NOT the first language for 90% of their patients resulting in much of their unprofessional behavior going unnoticed. The fact that it's virtually impossible to speak to anyone here unless you leave a vmail & have your call returned (happens half the time) is ludicrous. On 2 occasions I had to leave a message in order to change an appointment-which resulted in me receiving a "warning" letter followed by a "dismissal" letter (after which I called the office manager). While in the process of getting a crown replaced, I finally decided to find another provider after having one of the dental assistance literally argue with me at my appointment...only to find out Interfaith actually billed my insurance company for the treatment I never received (which I reported to my insurance of course). This could be a great program and it is shame that issues like I mentioned keep it from being that."
"Having been a patient of may years, I continue to feel blessed by the high level of skill the providers demonstrate. Always sensitive and compassionate I look forward to any treatment needed. The setting is awesome & all staff seem to go above & beyond !"
