This shop does present themselves professionally as they did with my work truck after telling me every other shop in Nashville would take 3 weeks they quotes a week, then 10 days, then 2 weeks then 3 weeks. Losing out on jobs and wasting money at a hotel. Then a week after getting my truck and returning to TX my transmission begins kicking into 2nd gear. I informed the business and they accepted responsibility and told me they'd check the ATX area for someone to assist me another 3 weeks still nothing. "The Crew at Shiftwerks is top tier. I had issues with my 14 Silverado Transmission after 220k miles. We went over all the options for a rebuild. Decided on a basic rebuild with a cooler upgrade and could not be any happier. Truck is a night and day difference. The communication was constant with keeping me updated on the progress, and even finished my truck a week earlier than expected. No one ever wants to have large repairs done to their vehicle, but Shiftwerks made it as painless as possible."
