"He made me a upper dentures and they were to big. I told him that they were to big and I gag on them. He cut them down a little. The second time I went in I showed him how they just fell out of my mouth and I still gag on them. So he sent off to reline. I get them back and they are making sores on my gums and I still gag on them. This time he cut them down a little and guess what I still gag. Told me I would just have to get use to them. I asked what my other options were and he said get implants. But yet he tells me it took 3 trys to get some made that his mother in law was able to wear but didn't offer to try and make me a new set. Will never go back to him again. Called my insurance company and filed a complaint"

"Post is from my daughter: I had an appointment, was even wrote down, I Drove 2 hours for this appointment and waited and hour in the lobby bc they had me mixed up with someone else. I was then told when the person they thought I was checked in that I did not have an appointment. They did not even try to fix their mistake instead they pushed it off that it was me who made the mistake. I left mad, upset and still in pain from a toothache. My family has been going here sincethey opened but not anymore. Even had my 2 kids with me and they will tell you I told her twice what MY name was."

Paula, who manages the office, kept me utd on my scheduling, reminders, and prices that would be incurred with my insurance. Bastian Dentistry is the only place that I would recommend for top-notch dental care in the Hendersonville/Gallatin area."
