"I walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was super nice and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable and got me into the schedule with 30 minutes. Both the doctor and the assistant were very nice and professional. She gave me all my options and her opinions before performing any work. Would definitely visit again."

I’m a highly anxious patient so they always asked how I was doing and if I needed anything to be more comfortable. Dr. McKitrick explained everything so I understood it and answered my questions. "You cannot find a better place to go for a root canal. I was in serious pain and called over 10 clinics to get in for an emergency. Only M. City was willing to listen to me and got me in asap. They are incredibly patient focused. Mya, the client service rep, was so sweet and really cared about the pain I was in. The assistant was friendly and thorough. She explained everything as we moved forward. Dr. McKitrick was outstanding. She is smart with a great bed side manner. "Other than not being told sedation from the front desk and not having forms sent to me until 15 min before the appointment everything went great. I have major anxiety about having dental work. From the second I went back the assistant was very sweet. However when another assistant came back she literally told me to be quiet for the nitrous to work. She could have used a different tone with me. I’m giving 4 stars strictly for Dr. McKitrick and Josephine. I think that’s her name. They took extra time with me because I was scared and listened to me when I told her I had to have high nitrous. She saved my teeth and I’m very happy I got through it with them being very patient with me."

"5 stars for a root canal, really? YES, I've had several root canal procedures but this one was the least painful I've ever experienced. I even dozed off during the drilling. The whole office staff exhibited total professionalism yet remained very personable and friendly. Everything was explained to my satisfaction before an instrument was touched. The doctor and her staff were totally patient centered. Although I do not want another root canal, I will come back to this office should I need another.
