"The repair shop took 3and a half months to repair my vehicle. A part was on back order but the accident was at the beginning of October and work was not started until after Thanksgiving. My service advisor never contacted me by phone and I had to stop by the shop to find out if my vehicle was being worked on. My insurance adjuster estimated the repairs to cost 3900. I got an updated estimate around end of November for total to be 7500. The final estimate was given to me when I picked up my car and was for 10,427. At no point was I notified of the updated estimate before was picked up. I’m glad I had insurance or I never would have been able to afford it. How do you give an estimate on pickup? 40 minutes after picking up the car I noticed a noise that sounded like I hit a pothole. I called and they told me to bring it in. My new service advisor who was assigned one week prior to pickup, Matt couldn’t have been nicer. He got in the car with me since he had tested it out before originally picked it up. He questioned the noise and after driving around the block it finally happened and he was able to hear it. He took me back to the shop and explained he would need it for the night. I went inside the shop and tried to get my rental back. They made me sit for about 30 minutes waiting for the manager to come talk to me. When he did I was unable to get the rental back, and enterprise did not have a car available. I took an Uber home. The next day on the way to get a rental they called to say my car was ready. When I got there the manager apologized and gave me a 100 gift card for my troubles. I drive out and headed to target on the way home to go shopping. I come out to the car to put my bags in the car when I notice no drivers tag. Calling caliber I found out copart took the license plate off. Because the accident was was in October, it turns out it was shredded. It was really nice that no one told me!!. Today after placing my review, the manager called and told me he had talked to his staff and was wondering why I wasn’t happy when he gave me a gift card. He wanted me to amend my review. Okay here it is, Matt my new service advisor was great about calling me and keeping me informed. The manager however should keep up with the customers, and a gift card doesn’t solve the issue."

They worked super hard to complete the job as soon as they could and my car looks brand new! Lexus was especially great to work with."
