"Dr. Birdwell is BY FAR the best dentist I've ever had. Most dentists I've visited in the past have always tried to get the most money out of me as possible, but not Dr. Birdwell. He is always extremely thoughtful and conservative in his approach. He doesn't immediately jump to crowns on every tooth when they could just be filled. His staff is very attentive, patient, calming, and kind. Visiting Dr. Birdwell is the best dental experience you could have!"
"Dr Birdwell, Messed up my tooth. The right side was jagged and he jagged up both sides. Now the left is permanently sharp. Been back 5 times to have it checked. Today the filling fell out. Tomorrow is their last try or I'm switching my DDS. Ive tried calling the emergency line, and he just rejects the call instanly. This is unbelievable, I can not believe I've been treated so poorly."
"i like dr cox a lot more than the other dr (i won't write his name to be polite) i've visited last year. I chose both of them just from my insurance list. the staff here is much nicer and much more polite. but the most important thing is the doctor's attitude. And I like that dr cox took a good care of me and he didn't try to find any unexcited cavities and schedule an appointment to treat them as the other dentist did. Thanks to Dr. Cox!"
