Dr. Lucy B. Sloan, DDS

"Dr. Sloan has patients wait on the patient chair for an unprofessional amount of time. As someone who once worked for her, I can say that she has had many patients that had complained to her about waiting 40mins PLUS to almost an hour. This is a great disrespect to the patient. Not only that but her husband at the front desk has the audacity to call patients back with an ugly attitude when needing to reschedule appointments multiple times BUT THEY HAVE PATIENTS WAIT ON THE CHAIR FOR ALMOST AN HOUR??! She takes on too many patients than she can handle. She is very rude. I have very bad memories of working with her where she would fling my hand over when handing her the wrong instrument and that caused me to prick myself with the instrument. The instrument went flying across the room. I had to get that off my chest & I hope you both see this. The hygienists and assistants there are amazing EXCEPT for Dr. Sloan and her husband. I do not recommend her."

"Dr. Sloan is very unprofessional in her punctuality. Even after countless patients getting on to her about this OVER YEARS, she still has not improved in this and has patients waiting for almost an hour WITHOUT being seen or getting any work done. Patients take their time to make sure that they show up ON TIME to their appointment and she lacks to show the same respect. She is also very rude. Do not recommend her AT ALL."

"Got fillings done and have been in pain since I got them done 4 weeks ago. I tried to call the office to get in to see someone about my teeth hurting and no one ever answered the phone. I left two voicemails to the office and never got a call back. I called the dentist directly and left a voicemail and was never called back either. I finally got someone on the phone to schedule an appointment and was told the wrong date. I show up for my appointment and was told that my appointment was for the following week. The dentist was out so a hygienist (who was also very rude) looked at my teeth and told me nothing was wrong, so i guess I’ve just been imagining the pain. Long story short don’t waste your time going here."

"They did not take both of my insurances & I didn't even have to ask when Mitch an Awesome and Most Courteous and Kind Asst referred me to a Great dentist who does take my insurances! Just that he went out of his way to help me though they weren't making a penny from it was UNREAL and Awesome..especially in these times! Thank You Mitch! I will still refer people to Doctor Sloans office!"
