"Have bought plenty of boots from Tecovas and the online experience is great. Got a pair of boots for Christmas (I know, it’s a little ways past) but they don’t fit. Brought them into the retail store and the folks were very nice but not really helpful. Went through the process of helping me find the right boot only to tell me they can’t do the exchange because it’s too far past the purchase date and I needed to call customer care. I called customer care and they did the exchange in 30 seconds with no questions asked. Only different is now Tecovas is paying extra shipping both ways and I have to wait a few days. This whole process feels very disconnected. Stick to the online experience as while the folks are nice in store it seems they’re limited in actually being able to sell/exhange boots."

"went there to get my wedding boots branded and they did a fantastic job! Lindsey was the one who helped me out and she was incredibly helpful and made suggestions that amplified the boots. My fiancée was so happy with it. Lindsey also offered me a beer and let me walk around and I ended up buying a pair of boots that quickly became my favorite pair. Awesome service great boots!"

"Tecovas customer service is seriously second to none - in their individual stores (the Nashville store is incredible), as well as just the entire company as a whole. My husband has owned his fair share of other brands when it comes to boots, but once he got his first pair of Tecovas, he hasn’t so much as looked at another brand. He purchases them for work boots, has a pair he purchased for our wedding (the Ostrich boots), I gifted him the Caiman boots for Christmas, he’s got a pair of the goat skin… and I’m not sure how many other pairs he has. They are a favorite in our household and I even got my own very first pair of boots last year. They’ve got lifetime customers in us."

"I bought these boots because I heard how durable they were. Not even an hour into wearing them and just walking around, the leather was damaged. I’ve owned other leather boot brands for 10+ years and had less damage on them. When I went back into the store to ask about it, they said they don’t encourage buying the white boots from them and I should have gotten a darker color. Yet when I was in between brown and white, two sales associates encouraged me to get the white pair?"

"It's a great value boots store. They offer free drinks and shoes shining services, but it depends on how busy the employees are. The employees are not commission based, so no pressure at all. We were after a pair of boots but out of stock, so they recommended to order from their website. Great store arrangements as well, loads of cute succulents"
