"I was extremely pleased and genuinely impressed with my service by Lucas. I called the day before to inquire about the return policy, because I’m really stressed out about finding a great pair of shoes, and his customer service was immediately on point. He invited me to come on in the next day, which I did. He took his time and was extremely patient with me because I’m really picky. He mentioned that he had only started two weeks previously and that absolutely blew me away. I don’t know if your training program is military-grade, or if he is wired to be so incredibly customer-service oriented, but you genuinely have a gem of an employee. He makes me want to spend hundreds on a good pair of shoes for myself. Another young lady with glasses, she had previously done the women’s triathlon a week before my triathlon this weekend, and Lucas, both stood there and gave me pointers on nutrition before my triathlon, and I just can’t tell you how much I appreciate them both taking the time to just sit there and talk to me about it. I also love my shoes. I found it ironic I walked in and ended up purchasing the exact same shoes Lucas was wearing. The OnCloud Monsters are the best sneakers I’ve ever put on my feet.
